- Provider: VX360.
- Purpose: connecting requests within a session and protecting forms against excessively frequent submissions. It is not used for statistical tracking or advertising.
- Activation: when using server-side form features.
- Duration: a session cookie without a fixed expiry date. The browser manages its retention; it may remove it when the session ends or retain it when restoring a previous session.
vx360-theme — local storage
- Provider: VX360.
- Purpose: remembering the user’s choice of light or dark theme.
- Duration: no automatic expiry; the record remains until the preference is changed, website data is cleared or the browser removes the record.
vx360-analytics-consent — local storage
- Provider: VX360.
- Purpose: remembering whether statistical analytics is allowed or rejected so that the website respects your choice.
- Duration: no automatic expiry; the record remains until the choice is changed, website data is cleared or the browser removes the record.
3. Google Analytics statistical cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand visitor numbers, traffic sources and page usage, so that we can improve content and features. Website usage data is processed by Google as the provider of Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is not loaded before you give consent. Statistical cookies are not required for basic use of the website.

- Purpose: retaining analytics session state and connecting interactions during website use.
- Duration: Google’s default expiry is two years. In the same Chrome check, an expiry of 400 days was set; actual duration may be shorter due to browser restrictions.
Analytics cookie expiry dates may be renewed during subsequent visits while analytics is allowed. Cookie duration is not the same as the retention period for data in Google Analytics. Google’s documentation on cookie names and duration is available at Cookie usage in Google Analytics.
The current VX360 website configuration does not include advertising cookies; Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in the website code.
4. Your choice and changing your decision
In the cookie notice, you can choose “Necessary cookies only” or “Allow statistical cookies”. Choosing the first option leaves Google Analytics disabled without restricting basic use of the website.
Continuing to browse does not constitute consent. Accepting and rejecting statistical cookies are equally accessible.
You can reopen your choice through “Cookie settings” in the website footer or on this page. When consent is withdrawn, the website saves the rejection of analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for its domain.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not by itself erase data previously sent to Google. Information about exercising your rights is available in the Privacy Policy.
5. Managing data through your browser
You can delete or restrict cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Clearing website data may reset your saved theme and analytics preferences, and the website will ask for your choice again.
Blocking technical cookies may affect forms or other features that use a server-side session.
