This policy describes the personal data VX360 collects, the purposes for which it processes that data and the rights you have.
Data controller
Vision Next 360, obrt za računalno savjetovanje, owned by Victor Balog, Velimira Škorpika 7/a, 22000 Šibenik, info@vx360.hr is the controller of personal data collected through VX360, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
What data we collect
We collect the data you enter and submit through forms: your name or company name, email address, enquiry and, depending on the form, your area of interest or business diagnosis answers. Company or project name and telephone number in the diagnosis report form are optional.
The website does not have user accounts and does not request passwords or OIB identification numbers. Google Analytics processes website usage data only if you allow analytics.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process data to answer your enquiry, send the report you requested, provide an agreed service and send updates and invitations you consented to receive. We use analytics data to understand website usage and improve the website.
The legal basis for processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), your consent for updates and analytics, legal obligations where applicable and our legitimate interest in website security and preventing misuse. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure and email communication providers only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with appropriate contractual safeguards. If you allow analytics, Google also processes website usage data through Google Analytics.
Retention period
We retain enquiry and requested report data for as long as needed to respond and manage an agreed collaboration, or to fulfil applicable legal obligations. Data used to send updates is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, except for data we must retain to meet legal obligations.
Cookies
We use necessary technical preferences for the security and operation of forms. Your Light/Dark choice and analytics decision are stored locally in your browser.
Google Analytics and its analytics cookies are enabled only after your consent. You can reject analytics without limiting your use of the website and change your choice through the privacy settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Policy changes
We may amend this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be published on this page.
