Identifying hidden costs and optimising resources.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Technology synchronisation and bottleneck elimination.
VX360 IMPLEMENTATION
On-site supervision, performance management and growth.
User responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of the data they enter and for ensuring that their own business complies with applicable regulations.
Limitation of liability
VX360 does not guarantee legal compliance and is not liable for fines, damage or losses arising from the use of inaccurate or incomplete data. VX360 does not provide legal advice.
Subscription and payment
Use of the service is charged according to the price list. Prices may change with prior notice to users.
Service availability
We strive to ensure continuous operation of the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, for example due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual property
The software, design and content of Sidrenik are the property of Vision Next 360. Data you enter remains your property.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the service in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.
